How CoThink Works

Booking a CoThink session is simple. On our website, you choose the department you want help with — business, parenting, health, stress, or kitchen — and reserve a time through our embedded Calendly link. Each session is one hour, prepaid at $150. Once you book, a Zoom link is automatically sent to you and your coach, with reminders by email 24 hours before and by text two hours before.

That’s the logistics. But what happens once we’re face-to-face on Zoom is where the magic begins.

Step 1: Defining the Problem

Every session starts with one question: What problem do you want to solve?

In business, a client might say: “I run an eyeglass store. I’m making $100,000 a year, but I need to hit $300,000 and I don’t know how to get there.”

In parenting, it could be: “My six- and five-year-olds fight constantly. My younger child is hyperactive, my older one is whiny, and I just want peace in my home.”

In health, “I’ve been dieting on and off for years. I exercise. but I can’t lose weight, I’m exhausted, and my doctor says I’m prediabetic.”

Whatever the domain, we begin with clarity: the problem on the table.

Step 2: The Context Interview

From there, the CoThink coach sets up GPT to begin a structured interview using our Context → Role → Task framework. The prompt tells GPT: “Interview this client to understand their situation deeply enough to know which advisors would best help them.”

The coach guides the process, making sure the client doesn’t skip over important details. This is crucial — most people undershare, and the coach helps them surface hidden information that changes everything.

This is what makes CoThink different from just typing a question into GPT. If you say, “I own an eyeglass store, how do I make more money?” you’ll get generic, one-size-fits-all advice. But when GPT is trained with a rich, specific context — your numbers, your goals, your constraints, your personality — it gives answers that are laser-tailored to you.

Step 3: Building the Board

Once the interview is complete, GPT takes the context and proposes a Board of Advisors. Together with the coach, the client refines that board — adding roles, tweaking focus — until it feels right.

Here’s the key: each advisor is given a name, background, and personality.

Instead of “Generic CFO,” we might have: “Gary Thompson, CFO with expertise in scaling eyeglass businesses sustainably, author of a book on the eyewear industry.” Suddenly, the answers aren’t vague abstractions. They’re specific, sharp, and grounded in expertise.

The board comes alive.

Step 4: The Re-Interview

This is my favorite part.

Once the board is built, each advisor begins re-interviewing the client — asking questions from their unique perspective. These questions are incisive and often brilliant, drawing out insights that even the client didn’t realize they knew.

And that’s the secret: the client already has the wisdom. The board simply brings it out, organizes it, and makes it actionable. GPT then distills those answers into clarity.

Step 5: Strategy and Tasks

By the end of the first session, the client has a custom GPT board, trained on their context, and a clear strategic roadmap.

  • A business client might receive five non-obvious strategies for reaching their revenue goal.

  • A parent might get a personality profile of each child, with tailored approaches for development.

  • A kitchen client might walk away with a full weekly meal plan, recipes, and a master grocery list.

The reaction is almost always the same: “Wow. This is exactly what I needed — and I couldn’t have gotten here on my own.”

Step 6: Advanced Implementation

For simple needs (like Kitchen Genius), one session is often enough. But for complex problems (like business or health), we move into a second session.

Here, the strategy is broken down into subtasks. Each subtask becomes its own specialist chat, supported by training documents and system memory updates. This prevents GPT from getting clogged, overloaded, or slow.

Session three, if needed, focuses on teaching the client exactly how we built the system — so they can replicate the process themselves for any future challenge.

The End Result

By the end of their time with CoThink, the client walks away with:

  • A custom GPT board trained on their unique context

  • A clear overarching strategy for their problem

  • A system of specialist chats and training docs to implement it

  • The knowledge to replicate the process independently

The difference is night and day. Instead of vague advice, they have clarity, structure, and step-by-step guidance. Instead of dependency, they own the system forever.

The Feeling

When people see how CoThink works, they should feel one thing: “This makes sense. This could actually solve my problem.”

It’s empowering to know you could try to do it yourself — but far easier, faster, and cleaner to have CoThink guide you. For $150, you walk away with a trained system you’ll own for life.

It’s clarity, independence, and leverage — in one hour.
